Quality Management

Our management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. We are absolutely committed to a quality standard which meets our customers’ expectations.


Our management policy is based on the following guiding principles:


1. The customer comes first

  • We want to gain new customers and retain them as completely satisfied customers through our high-quality service as well as our continuous and individual support
  • We want to offer tailor-made solutions and implement them in close cooperation with the customer
  • We want to react to our customers’ wishes with fast and high-quality solutions
